St. Bart’s Church is an architectural marvel steeped in history since 1835. This iconic location celebrated its centennial on Park Avenue in 2018, making it a fitting backdrop for such a sophisticated event. For us at Universal Light and Sound, working within its walls was both a challenge and an honor. We meticulously planned our lighting setup to respect the church’s heritage while enhancing its Gothic Revival architecture with subtle elegance.
We began by providing deep gold Up-Lights that complement both the venue’s aesthetic and the theme of Bordeaux wines. These hues reflected off St. Bart’s intricate stonework beautifully, creating an immersive atmosphere that welcomed attendees into another world. Our team focused on highlighting specific architectural elements of St. Bart’s to accentuate its grandeur while maintaining a warm and inviting environment for guests. The arches were illuminated softly to draw attention upward without overpowering their natural beauty.
