Our equipment is available for rental and is not for sale. The title to the equipment remains with the owner, Universal Light and Sound. As noted in our Rental Agreement, which we provide with every invoice, a rental is not a sale. In addition, rentals are subject to sales tax unless the rental is to an entity that is exempt from Sales Tax. Also, all rentals are subject to an additional charge for delivery and setup.
