On Monday, March 5, 2018, Universal Light and Sound set up the AV (audio-visual) equipment for Fairway Market’s corporate meeting at 26 Bridge.

A corporate meeting is where executives and management discuss the state of a company and its direction moving forward. It is also an opportunity for employees to gather and learn about the company’s new policies and initiatives. Additionally, employees can connect with each other. We recently provided AV (audio-visual) equipment for Fairway Market’s corporate meeting hosted at 26 Bridge. It was a success, and we want to share with you how we made it happen. One of the key contributing factors to the success of our AV (audio-visual) equipment was using two projectors. We connected both projectors together to show the same image. Using two projectors ensured a clear and uninterrupted display that was easy to view, no matter the seating arrangements. Another great feature of using a pair of projector screens with our AV (audio-visual) equipment is our placement. We hang our projector screens against the wall left and right of the presentation area for maximum visibility. Our positioning of the projector screens ensured easy viewing from every angle on both sides of the room. Everyone participating in the meeting could comfortably view presentations and have a much more engaging experience.
Another feature of our AV (audio-visual) equipment that made a difference is our stage and clear acrylic podium. Without a doubt, this feature offered Fairway Market’s presenters a professional platform to give reports and address attendees. In fact, the stage made presentations more engaging. Furthermore, the presenters have ample elevation for attendees to see them.
In addition to our AV (audio-visual) equipment, a set of spotlights was focused on the stage to highlight the presenters. In addition to the stage, the spotlights are critical in ensuring the presenter is visible. Additionally, spotlights also provide pleasant lighting on stage. They emphasize the presenters and give the meeting a professional touch.
AV (audio-visual): Microphones and Speakers
Finally, our AV (audio-visual) equipment included four speakers and microphones we effectively placed on both sides of the room. This arrangement allowed for excellent acoustics throughout the space, making it easy for all the attendees to follow the discussions. Everyone in attendance could hear the presenter without straining, making it easier to receive the presenter’s messages.
