A Canopy of String Lights at The Dumbo Loft
Friday, May 6, 2022 – Our lighting team brought their A-Game to The Dumbo Loft and helped take this venue to another level. A canopy of string Lights was created with a set of round G50 bulbs hanging between the center columns. We also provided a set of Warm White Up-Lights at the base of each brick column between the windows. By the way, we absolutely love how our warm white up-lights accent the brick columns in this venue. Additionally, I am equally in love with how our up-lights complement our overhead lights with a similar warm white tone.
More about The Dumbo Loft:
The dumbo loft is a classic raw space that is smaller in size than most typical raw spaces. Nevertheless, this venue is a beautiful blank canvas that is easy to work with. As a result, almost any combination of overhead lights with Up-lights against the brick columns and walls will look amazing. Moreover, this space is not overwhelming in size. Therefore it easily feels warm and inviting with the simplest additional lighting.

Our Canopy of String Lights was, without question, a conversation piece for the guests at this event. Accented by our Up-lights, this dense population of overhead lights was an eye-catching focal point for the room’s décor. Without any question, the soft, warm white glow of our string lights hanging as a literal blanket of lights overhead was a massive win for the overall appearance of this space.
Accordingly, any lighting provided in addition to our featured overhead lights and our uplights could be beneficial. Nonetheless, on their own, this combination of lights makes a huge contribution to the look of this space
