Universal Light and Sound Provides AV Equipment for Amazon Networking Event in Brooklyn

On Thursday, September 7, 2023, Universal Light and Sound had the honor to provide AV equipment for an awesome networking event hosted by Amazon at The Dumbo Loft in Brooklyn, NY. The goal of the event was to recruit talented individuals for Amazon’s eCF team. Universal Light and Sound did an amazing job by providing the necessary AV equipment for the event to be a huge success! In this blog post, we will go over the AV equipment that was provided and how it contributed to the success of the event.
Stage:
The stage was set up to accommodate a moderator and five Amazon panelists with microphones included with our AV equipment. It was a 16ft x 6ft stage, and a stairway that provides easy access to the stage. This was necessary so that attendees can see the moderator and panelists.
Projector & Screen:
As part of this event, a laptop provided by Amazon was connected to our projector included with our AV equipment. As a result, our projector was able to display images from Amazon’s laptop on our projector screen. This was crucial for the overall presentation, and makes it easy for attendees to follow along with the presentation.
Microphones:
A total of six wireless microphones were included with our AV equipment and available on stage. As a result, the moderator and five panelists each had their own microphone. This ensures guests can hear everyone on the stage loud and clear. It also made it more efficient for the panelists to answer questions from the attendees.
Sound System:
In addition to the microphones, provided for Amazon’s event we connected the audio from our AV equipment to the high-quality sound system at The Dumbo Loft. This allows the sound to project throughout the entire loft, so no matter where attendees sit, they were able to hear what was going on. The sound system was essential to the overall success of the event.
Technical Support:
Universal Light and Sound also provided technical support for the AV equipment throughout Amazon’s event. This ensured that everything ran smoothly and without any issues. The technical support team was available at any moment to troubleshoot and resolve any problems immediately. This gave Amazon and the attendees peace of mind and allowed them to focus on the event itself.
